What we collect
When you request a quote or free customised agent: your name, business name, business type, email, phone number and the services, hours, tasks and other details you provide. For clients using Mia: call recordings and transcripts of calls she handles.
Why we collect it
To prepare and demonstrate your customised agent, contact you about your request, send any requested quote, and run the receptionist service for your business.
Who processes it
Calls are processed by our voice technology providers. They may store data overseas, including in the United States.
We don't sell it
We never sell your personal information.
Opting out and deleting your data
To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email contact@voxxmate.com.
